One-Year Limited Carrier Warranty
We stand behind our carriers and their quality, that is why all Sherpa Pet Carriers come with a limited 1-year warranty.
- Sherpa® warrants that this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship for 1 year.
- Warranty is valid from 30 days after the date of initial retail purchase and is non-transferable. If a defect is found within 30 days, please return it to the place of purchase.
- Retailer receipt or gift receipt is required when submitting warranty claims, otherwise, the warranty is void.
- Sherpa® will send replacement parts or a new carrier of equal or greater value as appropriate and available.
Warranty does NOT cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Pet damage (e.g. damage due to pet chewing or scratching, etc.)
- Damage due to misuse of the product
- Damage due to use contrary to the operating instructions
